Registration for Fall 2016 Season

Registration for the Fall 2016 season is open now!   Please read the Registration Instructions below.

Registration Instructions

You will need the following information ready before starting:

  • Player name, address, phone number, gender, birth date.
  • Your child’s school and grade FALL 2016 (not now).
  • Player’s Experience, Height and Weight
  • A child may specify one or more siblings to be on the same team if they are close enough in age. This information needs to be entered in the “siblings playing on the same team” field.
  • A primary email address we can use for communication.
  • Parent/guardian names and phone numbers.
  • Emergency contact info (may not be a parent), doctor name and phone, and insurance carrier.
  • PLEASE select one of the Volunteer tasks when registering.

Registration Fees

The per-player registration fees for the Fall 2016 season are as follows:

Registration Date U06 Division U07 - U19
Before June 1st $120 $135
Starting June 1st $120 $175

Registration for the Fall 2016 season begins Mid April and runs through June 1st  for guaranteed placement (subject to enough coach and referee volunteers).

There are some important things to note before you use our WebYouthSoccer on-line registration application to register your child.

Please read the following instructions before getting started.

Starting June 1, Under-7 to Under-19 paid registrations are automatically placed in the wait pool and there is no guaranteed placement. If we are unable to place your child by early September, you will receive a full refund, but a player cannot be considered for team placement until payment has been made. Registration for our Under-6 divisions will remain open until all of the spots have been filled.

Region 45 has a limited number of scholarships available,  please send an inquiry to for more information about reduced fees.  Players requesting a scholarship must be registered prior to June 1 for U7 and above.

Online Registration

Please review the instructions above before Registering using the WebYouthSoccer on-line registration application.

At the end of Registration, WebYouthSoccer provides the option to pay immediately on-line (via credit card or PayPal account).  We no longer accept check or cash payments by mail.  If you do not wish to pay online, you may bring your payment to walk-in registration on Saturday, May 7, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Castro Elementary computer lab.  If you are applying for financial aid, the registrar will email you instructions for a reduced online payment amount.

Registration of your child is not final until payment is received and unpaid players cannot be placed on a team. Payment is expected by the June 1st registration deadline.

Please consider an optional donation on top of your payment to assist us with supporting our local soccer community. This year donations will be billed individually – please Email the Registrar at with the desired amount of your donation ($10, $25 or $50) and you will receive an on-line bill for the amount.

Once Registration is Complete

Upon completing registration, please verify through Web Youth Soccer that your child shows both the correct registration status and the age division that you intended. If you paid on-line, your child will be immediately Registered and you will receive a confirmation Email from PayPal. If you paid by check, your child will be Pre-Registered and will not be fully Registered until payment is received and processed (7 to 10 days).

Be proactive! Please verify your own child’s registration status!

  1. Give the system a couple of minutes to refresh
  2. Go to Web Youth Soccer
  3. Log in using the same username and password which you registered with
  4. Look for your child’s name, status and division
  5. A status of Registered means that payment has been received and you are set
  6. If status is Pre Registered (give 7 to 10 days if paid by check) or Not Registered or you see an incorrect age division or your child is not listed at all, please email our Registrar at to resolve any issues

To Our Volunteers

If you volunteered to coach, assistant coach, referee or in any other capacity, THANK YOU. AYSO cannot function without volunteers. Your age-group Division Coordinator will contact you to confirm the commitment and give instructions for completing volunteer registration and necessary training requirements. You can also visit the COACHES or REFEREES area on this Web Site to view this information.

Information about your child’s team will be available during the 3rd week of August after teams have been formed and released to the coaches.

If you are a volunteer without a child in the program, please register using the registration link above and follow the Web Youth Soccer instructions but don’t enter any child information. You will not be charged any fees.

Registration for Spring 2016 Season

Registration for the Spring 2016 season began mid December and ran through January 31st for guaranteed placement (subject to enough coach and referee volunteers).  The season dates are approximately the last day in February through approximately May 22nd.

The Spring Season is no longer open for registration so please check back in December 2016 for details on the 2017 season.
