Registration for the Fall 2011 season will begin in the late-April timeframe and will run through June 1st for guaranteed placement (subject to enough coach and referee volunteers).
There are some important things to note before you use our WebYouthSoccer on-line registration application to register your child.
Please read the following instructions before getting started.
After June 1, Under-7 to Under-19 paid registrations are automatically placed in the wait pool and there is no guaranteed placement. If we are unable to place your child by early September, you will receive a full refund, but a player cannot be considered for team placement until payment has been made. Registration for our Under-6 divisions will remain open until all of the spots have been filled.

You can request that one playing buddy plays on the same team as follows:
A child may specify one “playing buddy” to be on the same team through the Buddy Form. This form needs to be filled out and and signed by the parents of both buddies and must be turned in at open registration or one of several scheduled events (locations and times are listed on the Buddy Form page as well as on the Buddy Form). Playing buddies are a privilege and you will be asked to volunteer in some capacity when turning in forms. Please remember AYSO is an all-volunteer organization and your help is needed to make soccer happen for the kids.
Head Coaches are allowed to specify an Assistant Coach. The Head Coach should let their division coordinator know who they want as an Assistant Coach when turning in their volunteer form.
Siblings can be assigned to the same team by specifying the name of the player’s sibling during online registration in the “siblings playing on the same team” field. Siblings may also request playing buddies as specified above.
Please do not use the “siblings playing on the same team” field for requesting playing buddies as it will not be honored.
Submission of a buddy form does not guarantee placement of players together as balanced team formation takes precedence.
All divisions are divided into two groups (boys and girls). Team sizes may vary when teams are formed depending on late drops and availability of coaches. If your child has an early birthday (after July 31) and you would like them playing at their grade level, please make sure to select “Play Up” when registering them. Be sure to note that we use their expected grade level in the fall so use their fall grade level when registering.

The per-player registration fees for the Fall 2011 season are as follow -

At the end of Registration, payment options will be provided to either pay immediately on-line (credit card or PayPal account) or to pay by check.
Registration of your child is not final until payment is received and unpaid players cannot be placed on a team. Payment is expected by the June 1st registration deadline.
Please consider an optional donation on top of your payment to assist us with supporting our local soccer community. This year, donations will be billed individually - please Email the Registrar at registrar@ayso45.org with the desired amount of your donation ($10, $25 or $50) and you will receive an on-line bill for the amount.

Upon completing registration, please verify through Web Youth Soccer that your child shows both the correct registration status and the age division that you intended. If you paid on-line, your child will be immediately Registered and you will receive a confirmation Email from PayPal. If you paid by check, your child will be Pre-Registered and will not be fully Registered until payment is received and processed (7 to 10 days).
Be proactive! Please verify your own child’s registration status!
If you volunteered to coach, assistant coach, referee or in any other capacity, THANK YOU. AYSO cannot function without volunteers. Your age-group Division Coordinator will contact you to confirm the commitment and give instructions for completing volunteer registration and necessary training requirements. You can also visit the COACHES or REFEREES area on this Web Site to view this information.
Information about your child’s team will be available during the 3rd week of August after teams have been formed and released to the coaches.
