[ayso45-refs] Reminder: Golden Gate Camp registration

So far, we have only one person from region 45 signed up for Golden Gate 
Camp.  (Thank you Dave!)

Golden Gate Camp offers intermediate and advanced coach and referee 
classes, as well as referee instructor and referee assessor training.  
Saint Mary's College in Orinda is a beautiful venue, and the camp 
weekend is a wonderful opportunity to meet coaches and referees from 
other regions, share experiences, and learn from one another.

Please consider attending one of these classes.  Region 45 really needs 
more senior volunteers to continue operating the excellent program we 
provide for over 2000 players.
