AYSO referees can cross certify as a USSF Grade 8 or 7 referee. AYSO 
Intermediate and Advanced cross to a USSF Grade 8 and AYSO National 
cross to a grade 7. The cost of cross certification is $25 and all you 
have to do is submit a completed request and the fee to USSF Headquarters.

Similarly, USSF referees can cross-certify as AYSO refs.

NEWS RELEASE: For distrbution to friends, players, parents, and AYSO 
referees as you see fit.

SAYSO's twice-annual *USSF Referee Certification* courses allow parents, 
coaches, and players to obtain the grade-8 credential and badge they 
need to referee (center and lines) CYSA games, AND get paid for doing 
so. This spring, SAYSO's course will be held *starting on February 28* 
on 6 consecutive Thursdays in Belmont. As always, the cost of $75 
includes a copy of the USSF rule book, 18 hours of instruction, and a 
complete referee uniform. There is no minimum age for this 
certification, so all youth players (CYSA, US Club, and AYSO), their 
parents, and their coaches are invited. Registration is online. More
