[ayso45-refs] AYSO - Any Referees Interested in Referee Instructor Certification - March 6 & 7

Hello Referees,

Please respond back to me if you are interested in obtaining your Referee
Instructor certification or Referee Instructor Evaluator certification.

This would be at the Section 2-9-12 Conference (Region 45 is in Section 2)
in Salt Lake City and the Region will pay for the training, registration to
the conference, air fare, hotel and meals (most included with the conference
registration fee). 6 members of the AYSO Region 45 Board are already
planning on attending the conference.

The prerequisites for the Referee Instructor course are -

   - Certified Intermediate Referee or Higher
   - Authorized by Area Referee Admin or Area Referee Instructor or Area
   Director

The courses necessary for certification are -

   - Thr March 6 - 1pm to 4pm - Introduction to Instruction (if you
   haven't taken this before)
   - Thr March 6 - 5pm to 9pm - Referee Instructor
   - Fri March 7 - 8am to 11:30am - Referee Instructor

If you are already a certified Referee Instructor and want to receive
your Referee Instructor Evaluator certificate, this would be fine as well.
This runs 5-9 on the 6th and 8-11:30 on the 7th as you would not need to
take the Introduction course.

I have attached the proposed agenda for the conference. For those interested
in staying on, there are a number of interesting sessions and activities
planned for Saturday. In addition, the Area Director will be taking anyone
from our region who attends out to dinner on Saturday evening.

Please let me know if you are interested and I will give you the details on
how to proceed.
