[ayso45-refs] Please set your referee preferences!

We also request that if you are a new or regional
referee, that you mention the level of game you feel
confident working as either ref or lines.  There are
just too many new folks to know everyone's ability.

We strive to make every game a success and it begins
with referee assignments.  The two U12/14 team
captains are spending over an hour each night,
struggling to fill the positions.
