[ayso45-refs] Please set your referee preferences!

Referees (especially all the new U10?u12/U14 referee volunteers this 
season),

Please take a few minutes to login to WebYouthSoccer and set/update your 
referee preferences.

Check the dates for which your are available, the division(s) for which 
you are prepared to referee, and the positions you are prepared to ref.

Your preference settings are the primary information available to the 
four referee team captains who are trying to schedule U10 (neutral 
centers) and U12/U14 (neutral referee teams). You can update your 
preferences at any time, as your comfort level and availability change 
through the season.

Also, when you receive notification that assignments are ready in 
WebYouthSoccer, please login quickly and accept them (or decline them if 
absolutely necessary). The earlier in the week the better - it is very 
difficult to adjust the schedule and find refs to fill new holes that 
get created on Friday morning.

The ref team captains are volunteering extra time to work out the match 
schedules.  Please help them out.

Remember, we're all doing this for the kids.
