[ayso45-refs] U7/U8/U10 Refs: How to print lineup cards

WebYouthSoccer provides an easy way for any referee or assistant referee 
assigned to a game to print the lineup cards in advance.

However, in region 45, we don't assign referees for U7 and U8 - the home 
team's team referee is the referee for the match.  In U10, we assign the 
referee (center), but not the assistant referees; both teams' team 
referees are the ARs for the match.

But there is still a way to print the lineup cards even though you are 
not assigned to the match in advance.The 'trick' is to use the Post Game 
/ Input Game Cards path, even before the match.

Login to WYS and go to the "Referee" page:




Select the "Input Game Cards" option, then the date, region, field, and 
time of your match:





Once you get to the lineup cards page:





then use the "Print" toolbar button or "File->Print" menu in your 
browser to print the page. If you can, use the option to print only the 
selected frame:





which will print only the lineup cards, not all the WYS menus and other 
surrounding stuff.
