[ayso45-refs] Missing Team Cards

I like the idea of collecting the lineup card even if I have one
printed out.  I agree that it would send a negative message to always
turn down the lineup card when the coach has taken the appropriate
time to bring it to the game.

I printed one out just in case, but I did not expect to use it. One
coach was nice enough to bring one printed on regular printer paper,
but the other coach did not bring one.
