[ayso45-refs] Missing Team Cards

Matt,

I want to hold off on forwarding this to the mailing list, at the 
moment, if that's OK with you.

The U7 though U10 refs are not assigned to their games in advance, in 
WYS, so they do  not have the opportunity to print the lineup cards in 
advance.

We'll eventually explain to them how to self-assign before the game, so 
that they can print the cards. But not yet ... hitting them with too 
many new messages and instructions and to-do lists all at once is just 
too intimidating.
