[ayso45-refs] Missing Team Cards

I print out the game cards myself in WebYouthSoccer
the night before and bring to all games just in case
the coaches forget.  If they fill the entire game card
out, I then double check that my blank version matches
their names/numbers and use my own.

One spring, I had an unscrupulous coach show up
without a game card, acted like he didn't speak
English very well basically halting me from making my
own card up before the game, and then decide early in
the game that it was better to try to catch up to the
burgeoning goal count of the other team than play some
his players even once by the fourth qtr.  The RRA
walked onto the field within ten minutes of the end of
the game, demanding that we stop play and put the kids
crying on the sidelines into the game.  The center
ignored him.  All very avoidable.

This is an extreme example, but it happened.
