[ayso45-refs] Entering match results: be sure to check/update the referee team section

Refs (especially in U7, U8, and U10):

When you use WebYouthSoccer to enter match results, be sure that the 
names of the referee team members are correctly recorded.  We want you 
all to get proper credit for having refereed those matches. 
WebYouthSoccer will keep track of how many games you have done at which 
age levels and in which position (referee or assistant referee); game 
count is information you will need when you go to upgrade your referee 
badge in the future.

When you navigate to the "Input Game Cards" page for a specific match, 
the screen will look like this:




If you select "Edit" on the "Referee Team" section, you will get a page 
that looks like this:




where you make any necessary additions or corrections.
