Don't worry about the 9/1 practice games, but the region does care very 
much about getting the playing time and scoring data starting with this 
weekend 9/8.

Coaches are responsible for associating jersey numbers with player names 
for their team, in WebYouthSoccer.  The coaches have also been asked to 
always bring a printed lineup card from WebYouthSoccer (so that the 
players are listed in ascending jersey number order).  The playing time 
("quarters") section should be left blank until the lineup card is 
handed to the referee.

The coaches were also supplied with blank lineup cards as part of their 
coaching kit, so in the worst case, you should ask the coach to fill out 
a lineup card by hand - with names and numbers. (In the even worse case, 
ask the coach to provide names and numbers on a blank sheet of paper.) 
But please remind the coach to update his or her roster information in 
WYS and to bring a printed lineup card to future games.  It will make 
your job as a referee or AR much simpler.
