[ayso45-refs] Please practice entering 9/1 match results into WebYouthSoccer

Please note that the region does need match results for *all *divisions 
(except U6) entered into WebYouthSoccer - including U7 and U8 
divisions.  This data is the most important source of information for 
balancing teams in future seasons!
