[ayso45-refs] Please practice entering 9/1 match results into WebYouthSoccer

Refs,

The 9/1 match results (the "practice game" on Labor Day weekend) will 
not count for team standings and other metrics.

However, please practice your WebYouthSoccer post-match data entry, just 
like the players practiced their soccer skills.  :-)

I'd appreciate it if every ref would verify that he or she is able to 
login to WebYouthSoccer and navigate to the post-game lineup card input 
pages.  If not, let's get those issues solved now, rather than after 
next weekend when the match results really do matter.
