[ayso45-refs] Sunday 9/2 U16G and U19G practice games need refs

The region 45 U16 and U19 girls' teams are playing practice games this 
afternoon (Sunday 9/2).

The coaches would like to have referee crews, so that the practice games 
are as much like regular season games as possible. All of the practice 
games are at the new Graham artificial turf field - come try it out!

They could use two ARs for the U16 match at 1:40 (40 minute short game).

They could use a full ref team (referee and two ARs) at the 4:00 PM U19 
match (full 90 minute game).

If you are available and willing to help with either of these matches, 
please reply to me copy Scott. Please include a phone # where we can 
call to confirm, around noon today.
