U-11?  Did you mean U10 or U12 - we don't have a U11 division. Or was 
this not AYSO? I'm guessing not AYSO, because in AYSO there are only

There's problem #1. Substitutes should never be allowed to enter the 
field until the players that they are replacing have left the field.

out" meetings. Like one of those kids' picture puzzles: how many 
different issues can you spot?
