[ayso45-refs] Wednesday night coach/ref pizza session 10/10

We're gathering at the usual place and time this week:

     Wednesday, October 10, 7:00-9:00PM
     Milan Pizza
     Cuesta & Miramonte, Mountain View

There is no pizza session planned for next week, October 17, because of 
the walkathon Saturday (no games in region 45 for U6 through U12 
divisions on 10/13 - only U14 is playing on Saturday).
