[ayso45-refs] Restarts question

Howdy. Could you please help me out? What are the correct restarts in
the following two cases, both of which occured to me today in U7 and U10
games:

*	On the initial kickoff of the game, the player kicks the ball
backwards. 
*	On a corner kick, the ball just goes down the goal line and out
of bounds behind the goal. It never came fully onto the field. (Is this
a goal kick for the defending team?)
