[ayso45-refs] Spring refereeing opportunities: PCSSL

If any refs (Intermediate/Advanced/National, or Regional with 2 or more 
seasons of experience) are interested in refereeing spring soccer 
matches in the PCSSL (Pacific Coast Spring Soccer League), please attend 
an organizational meeting for the 2007 spring season:

> There is a mandatory meeting for PCSSL (AYSO Spring Select) coaches 
> and referees.

Daly City, beginning early in March. The level of play is somewhat more
