[ayso45-refs] Returning refs - Be sure to register twice

Yes, we all still have to do the two-step registration dance.

(1) Update your eAYSO registration for 2007

    Login to http://www.eayso.org, update the information as
    appropriate, print two copies of the registration form, and bring
    the signed copies to the returning referee meeting on Sunday August 26.

    Note: please do not register any players in eAYSO! (Youth referee
    volunteers do need to register in eAYSO.)


(2) Update your WebYouthSoccer registration for 2007

        http://r45/webyouthsoccer.com

        You may have already done this when you registered your
        player(s) for the fall season.  But nearly half of the region 45
        referees from the fall 2006 AYSO season are not currently listed
        as having registered for the fall 2007 season. We do hope that
        you are all returning to referee this season - the kids need
        your volunteer help to be able to have an AYSO season. Make sure
        that you checked the 'Referee' box on the volunteer registration
        form.

        You do not need to print the registration form from
        WebYouthSoccer. But you need to be registered in WYS so that you
        can be enter match results and, in the upper divisions, so that
        you can be scheduled for game assignments.
