[ayso45-refs] Changing goal keeper

In today's game the one team wanted to substitute the goal keeper in the  
middle of a quarter (no injury). Is it ok for a team to change the goal keeper  
in U10 between substitution points (quarters, half)? I believe it's ok to 
change  the goal keeper with another player on the field. I also believe it's not 
ok to  substitute the goal keeper with someone on the bench. Please confirm.
