[ayso45-refs] Tools to show player positions and offside situtations

At Wednesday's pizza session,  I used an interactive web based tools to show
a fine point about player positioning.  A number of people at the session
requested the tool.  It  is intended for showing offside situations, but can
be used for other demonstrations.   It works under Microsoft Internet
Explorer, but doesn't seem to work with Firefox :-(
