[ayso45-refs] Goal Area

Hi All,

I referee U9 games. It is my understanding that the goalie can only catch
the ball with their hands in the goal area, but after doing so may take the
ball anywhere in the penalty area to kick the ball after stopping it.  One
of the coaches thought the goalie may catch the ball anywhere in the penalty
area.  I apologize if this is basic question, but this is my first year as a
referee and I want to make sure I am calling the game correctly.
