[ayso45-refs] [ayso45-coaches] Question On AYSO's Policy on Rain

The city of Mountain View will notify our fields rep when they wish to close
the fields.  Otherwise we tend to play.   I have only seen it as a safety
issue a couple times in 10+ years.
