[ayso45-refs] U14 Refs: Caring for Cooper Park field

Refs,

If you will be refereeing at Cooper Park any of the next two weekends,
please try to run the "reverse diagonal" as much as possible.

The field, and especially the touch line, is already getting very soggy and
torn up in the usual area, nearest the redwood trees on the southeast
quadrant.  We will be using Cooper for the U14B tournament on December
2 and 3; we'd like to do as little additional damage to this corner of the
field as possible between now and the tournament, perhaps even allow
it to recover a bit in the next month.
