[ayso45-refs] Fines for card in World Cup 2006?

I've not been able to locate any offical documentation about standard
fines for yellow or red cards.  There is no mention of it in:

you will find some information about the new FIFA regulations and
instructions to referees regarding cautions and send-offs - but no
mention of standard fines.

Separately, a FIFA disciplinary board decides on fines for send-offs
involving serious foul play or violent conduct.  For example:
