  Beau and others:

  Is there a FIFA imposed fine for anyone receiving a yellow card during the
World Cup games?  What about a red card?  There is an unsubstantiated rumor
going around that FIFA is imposing a $5,000 penalty per yellow card/per
player during the World Cup.
