[ayso45-refs] Enabling your referee status in WebYouthSoccer

All referees: please be sure to log in to WebYouthSoccer and set your
referee preferences.  Please do this before Saturday's games, so that you
know you will be able to log in after the game to enter the match results.

New refs: you will be enabled as referees in WYS within a couple of days
of completing your training class.

Returning refs: keep in mind that you must register in two separate systems:

     * eAYSO, for AYSO National / volunteer protection / accident insurance
     * WebYouthSoccer, for scheduling and reporting region 45 matches

The region 45 website http://www.ayso45.org has more detail on eAYSO
registration.

For WebYouthSoccer (http://r45.webyouthsoccer.com): be sure that you checked
"Referee" on your own (not your child's) volunteer form.  If not, please
update that section of your volunteer form.

Returning refereess with no children registered in region 45 this season:
a quick guide to reenabling yourself as a referee is provided below.

Reenabling Referee status (for returning referees with no children registered)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   (1) Login to your account in WebYouthSoccer http://r45.webyouthsoccer.com
   (2) Click on the "Referee" link near the bottom of the left-hand frame
           You will be shown a dialog box telling you that you must register
   (3) Click on "Register now"
           You will be presented with a volunteer form containing last year's
           information.
   (4) Locate the "Volunteer" section and click "Edit".
   (5) Next to "Unattached", click the "Referee" box.
   (6) Click on "Submit".
   (7) Correct any sections that need other updates
           *Especially* your email address and phone number(s).
   (8) Scroll to the bottom of the volunteer form and Click on "Done".
   (9) Do NOT print this form - you already did that with your eAYSO form

Now return to the "Referee->Main Page" and set your referee preferences.
