Hi Folks,

I am back from vacation wading through Email and such.

Just a reminder that our monthly AYSO board meeting is this Wednesday at
7:30pm at the Round Table at Grant and El Camino. Come at 7:15pm for pizza.

If possible, it would be great if all of the Division Coordinators could
attend as we are nearing the end of team formation.

I'll send out the agenda later, but the primary topics will be -

Division by Division Status on Team Formation
Division Coordinator Questions
Coaches Meeting Prep including DC Tasks
DCs that Cannot Make the Coaches Meeting
Uniform Sorting
Ball Distribution
Coach Training
Referee Training
Practice Field Assignment Process
