[ayso45-dcs] AYSO 45 - Can Anyone Go to Stevenson Park at 9am on July 21st and 28th???

Hi Folks,

Would anyone be available to drop by Stevenson Park at around 8:55am and
hand around there until around 9:15am on Monday July 21st and again on
Monday July 28th? The map to Stevenson Park can be found on the
www.ayso45.org Web site - click on Map of Our Fields under Quick Links.

We signed up some 33 people for summer soccer camp before Universal Sports
Group LLC dba USG Soccer, our previous vendor, went out of business.
Although I have sent 2 Emails to all of the Email addresses provided me by
USG and USG sent a similar Email, my concern is that someone will not have
read or received the Email and will show up with kids in tow expecting a
camp.

The duty is simple - if anyone shows up, explain to them that the provider
went out of business and that Emails were sent explaining the situation. If
they ask about refunds, they should dispute the charge with their credit
card company and they should get reimbursed. If they paid by debit card or
their credit card company will not issue a refund, they should Email the RC
at rc at ayso45.org. They can Email me if they have any other questions as
well.

If they ask if other camp dates are available, you can tell them that we
will be offering a camp the week of August 11-15 and to visit
www.ayso45.orgto sign up (we cannot transfer the charges as we haven't
seen any of the
money). They can also visit www.ayso43.org for a comparable camp in Los
Altos if the week of August 11th does not work.

If anyone shows up unexpected on August 11th and had previously signed up
for USG, I will ask AYSO Camps/UK International to take the kid the child.

Please reply back to Jane at volunteering at ayso45.org if interested as I will
be on vacation starting Saturday morning (July 5th) and won't be back until
late on Sunday July 20th. My kids have 9am dropoff for camp that Monday or I
would just do it.
