I have updated the schedule with the time slots from Jane.
 
Please review your sections and let me know if I you have any
corrections.  I'm sure there are some things that I have missed or
entered incorrectly as there were a lot of times to enter.

Attached is the current version of the practice field matrix that Jim
Fukuyama has put together.
 
We are still waiting on Jane's input. Jane, please provide this to Jim.
 
The rest of the data appears to be pretty accurate - some of the team
numbers and coaches don't map out, but we can clean that up with another
iteration.
 
DCs, please review and send Jim any changes to the spreadsheet. I
noticed a couple of mismatched coaches for U7B and U8B on Thursday at
Loyola when I pulled the data to notify those teams that Loyola is
unavailable to us next Thursday due to a school function.
 
Eagle Park: We only have Eagle Park on Mondays and Wednesdays, but we
apparantly have some AYSO teams showing up on Tuesday and Thursday
during MV-LA's times. DCs, if you assigned some coaches there, please
work with them to get them off of Eagle as we do not have it for those
days. The spreadsheet shows that no one is currently practicing at
Eagle.
 
Jim, I corrected the issue of the file being 4 MB in size. You had
formatted the entire spreadsheet and it assumed that all of the rows
were utilized. I cleared everything after line 181 and got it down to 46
kB.
 
Kevin, the attached should aid you as well for placing the UK Int'l
guys.

	 - I've shown the open fields in tan except for the fields that
Jane is the coordinator for.  Once Jane provides her schedule then a lot
of those cells will change.
	 
	 - The yellow cells are places where the practice times have not
been provided or are still to come.
	 
	 - The light green cells are where a team is playing in a slot
that isn't the normally scheduled slot for that division, eg. U8G
playing in a U8B slot.
	 
	I have a question in to Shalini Gupta about the Sylvan field
that she has scheduled for 2 Friday practices.  The original field
allocation schedule that you provided to me didn't show that Sylvan was
available on Fridays. It was only available on Monday's and Thursday's.
	 
	Let me know if you have any questions.  I'll keep updating this
as I get more responses from the division coordinators.
