[ayso45-dcs] AYSO 45 - Please Communicate Out To Your Wail Pooled Parents

Hello DCs,

If you haven't already done so, please send and Email out to the parents of
the players in your divisions who are still on the wait pool letting them
know the current status of where they stand and the liklihood of being
assigned to a team.

For divisions with a fairly sizable wait pool, please notify them that we
can't guarantee placement on a team at this time and that if a placement
occurs, it may not happen until after practices and even games begin.
Players could remain in the wait pool until mid-September at which time, we
will close it out and issue refunds.

If they opt to drop and have never been placed on a team, they will be
issued a full refund. They should direct these requests to
registrar at ayso45.org.

In a few cases, it may make sense to offer them positions in AYSO 44,
Sunnyvale. I have already sent this Email out for U14 Boys as they have a
desparate need for a few more players and I have a wait pool of 6 players.
Please contact me if you want information about which Sunnyvale divisions
need players.

Leda, this is not applicable at this point for U6.
