[ayso45-coaches] AYSO Region 45 - Schedules Available Through Web Youth Soccer

Hello Coaches and Referees,

Thank you for your patience. Schedules are now available through Web Youth
Soccer for the U7 through U14 divisions.

Please let your parents know that they too can access the schedules through
Web Youth Soccer - they are not included on this Email.

U16 & U19 divisions - schedules will likely not be released until around
September 2nd. Schedules are coordinated at the area level and some regions
are still figuring out how many teams they have.

U6 - Field assignments will be available by September 3rd. All sessions are
at 3pm at Bubb or Huff with a coach training session starting at 2:30pm at
Bubb.

U7 through U10 - schedules have only been published through October 4th. The
second half of the season's schedule will be available around October 1st.
This gives us the ability to re-balance the matchups if necessary.

U12 and U14 - schedules have been published through the end of the season
(November 15th). Game times for games starting October 18th are subject to
change as we will need to remove game conflicts for our multi-team coaches
and although we will try to do this with their U7-U10 teams, circumstances
may necessitate some changes here, as well.

U14 Girls - this division currently only has games through November 8th.
This gives 10 regular season games which means each team plays each other 2
times in round robin format. November 15th will be held open as a rain out
contingency.

Note that October 11th is a bye week for the U6 through the U12 divisions.
No games have been scheduled this week.

U7 Girls - you have an odd number of teams, so some of the teams have a bye
week. For the practice games, every team will play. If you have been
scheduled with two matchups that afternoon, you will play each team for a
half.

 U8 Boys - you have an odd number of teams, so some of the teams have a bye
week. For the practice games, every team will play. If you have been
scheduled with two matchups that afternoon, you will play each team for a
half.

August 30th Practice Games - Please determine how many players you will have
for this game and communicate with your opposing coach so that you can both
agree on how best to run the scrimmage. Please swap players to even up the
numbers or whatever is necessary to get this game in. If neither the head
coach nor the assistant coach will be present, please send a parent with the
coaches binder including the medical release forms. If it looks like both
teams have just 3 players, please cone off an area and play a match.
Forfeiting or not showing up is not an option.
