Hello Coaches,

U6 Coaches can disregard this Email - your coaches and parents meeting is on
August 23rd.

For those who attended today's coaches' meeting, thank you. It was a very
nice turnout. For those who could not make it, please get in touch with your
Division Coordinator and they will hand you your uniforms (presuming you
have turned in your volunteer paperwork) and other stuff and go over
anything that you missed.

Balls will be available soon. They arrive early this week, but then need to
sorted and into the hands of your division coordinator who you can retrieve
it from. Cones will hopefully be available as well and they will be placed
in the ball bags. Nominally, we provide 6 cones per team, but you may want
to pick up some more to aid you in practice.

Practice Field Assignments - Again, you will work these with your division
coordinator. This season, your DC will be provided a pool of slots at
various fields and they will allocate all of their teams as best they can.
Your DC should get their final allotment in the next few days after we can
analyze the field permits which just arrived.

With the exception of the U6 program and the U8 Boys division, your teams
have been released to the coaches in Web Youth Soccer. As such, you can see
them and obtain the Email addresses and phone numbers on your parents. To
reach Web Youth Soccer, please visit and bookmark
http://r45.webyouthsoccer.com/. Rosters have not yet been released to your
parents.

Please contact your parents quickly to iron out any practice day conflicts
early. You can obtain your practice days from your division coordinator. If
parents have a conflict, please do not try to arrange a swap - notify your
division coordinator and have the parents do so as well. Parents have 3
options - they can go back into our wait pool and placed as spots become
available on other teams (we offer no guarantee that they will get placed),
they can drop, or the preferred option - work out their conflict. If U10 and
above, if they have a conflict with one day a week, maybe attending the
other practice a week is their best option. Please be flexible because our
field allotment situation, your work schedule and the kids being over
extended these days does not lead to a perfect solution.

Thanks,
Drew.
