[ayso45-coaches] Note to U10B refs and coaches regarding Saturday 9/8

Refs (and coaches) for U10 boys:

We've not been able to schedule the neutral U10B referees (centers) for 
this Saturday, as we had hoped to begin doing this week. There are still 
a lot of volunteers finishing up the Regional referee class.

A volunteer has stepped up to be the U10B referee team captain - *thank 
you!* - and we will start scheduling the neutral U10B referees for next 
Saturday (9/15).

For Saturday 9/8 - if either team has a trained regional referee 
available, s/he should take on the referee (center) role - home team's 
team referee if available, else visiting team's team referee.  Other 
trained refs, please step in as assistant referees; else recruit club 
linesmen from the spectators (and invite them to take the referee class!).

If there are no trained referees from either team present, then the 
match becomes a practice (scrimmage).
