AYSO Region 45 – Mountain View & Los Altos

Photo Day

The AYSO Region 45 Photo Days for Fall 2013 are as follows:

• Saturday September 28 at the baseball field at Crittenden Middle School (known as Callahan Park) in Mountain View (primarily for U6 through U14 teams).
  Please check back later for the Saturday September 28 Photo Day Schedule.
• Sunday September 29 at Stevenson Park in Mountain View (primarily for U16 and U19 teams).
  Please check back later for the Sunday September 29 Photo Day Schedule.
• Please Note: Teams must check in at least 15 minutes prior to your photo time
• Our Make-Up Photo Day is tentatively scheduled for Saturday November 2nd or 3rd at Bubb Elementary School in Mountain View.

Coaches were given photo forms for their teams when they received their uniforms and coach bag in August. Additional forms will be available on site.
