Photo Day

AYSO Region 45 Photo Days for Fall 2012 are scheduled as follows:

• Saturday September 22th at the baseball field at Crittenden Middle School (known as Callahan Park) in Mountain View (primarily for U6 through U14 teams)
• Sunday September 23th at Stevenson Park in Mountain View (primarily for U16 and U19 teams)

• Teams must check in at least 15 minutes prior to your photo time
• Our Make-Up Photo Day is tentatively scheduled for Saturday November 3rd at Bubb Elementary School in Mountain View

Coaches were given photo forms for their teams when they received their uniforms and coach bag in August. Additional forms will be available on site.
