The AYSO Area 2A tournament scheduled to be played at Springer Elementary Sunday December 2nd has been cancelled due to field conditions.  The Area Director & Regional Commissioners used a lottery to randomly select teams to represent the Area in the Section 2 tournament next weekend.  Odds were 9:1 both teams would come from region 45 but that is exactly what happened:  Zen Dragons (U-10 boys) and Orange Flames (U-10 Girls) will represent Area 2A and Region 45 in the Section 2 Tournament 12/8 & 12/9 in Foster City (played on turf fields).
