Registration Information for Fall 2008
Registration for our Fall 2008 Season
There are some important things to note before you use our WebYouthSoccer online registration application to register your child.
Please read the following instructions before getting started.
We still have openings for the following divisions: Under Six Year Old (U06) Boys, U06 Girls and U08 Girls.
After June 1, U7 to U19 registrations are automatically placed in the wait pool and there is no guaranteed placement.
Registration Instructions
You will need the following information ready before starting:
- Player name, address, phone number, gender, birth date.
- Your child's school and grade THIS FALL (not now).
- A primary email address we can use for communication.
- Emergency contact info, doctor name and phone, and insurance carrier.
- Parent/guardian names and phone numbers.
- Please select one of the Volunteer tasks when registering.
You can request that a sibling or one buddy plays on the same team as follows:
- If you have siblings in the same age division and desire to have them placed on the same team, enter this information in the "siblings playing on the same team" field during registration. This can only be done at the time of the initial registration and cannot be added later. DO NOT use the siblings field to specify playing buddies.
- A child may specify one "playing buddy" to be on the same team by printing the Buddy Form, filling it out and mailing it in to the address on the form. The form must be signed by parents of both buddies and mailed by May 31st. Only one buddy per player will be allowed. Players already playing with a sibling may not submit a request for a second buddy. Additionally, players of coaches who request or plan to request a specific coach/assistant coach pairing may not submit a buddy form. Note that submission of a Buddy Form does not guarantee placement of the players on the same team as balanced team formation takes precedence.
Desired Information Requested for all Player Registrations
We also request you enter the following information:
- Player's Experience, Height and Weight
- Parent/Guardian Business/Employer information
- Registration Preferences (not guaranteed, but we will make our best efforts):
- Players may specify one day that they can not practice. Coaches select the days their team will practice so this may limit choices in some divisions.
- A child may specify one or more sibling to be on the same team if they are close enough in age. This information needs to be entered in the “siblings playing on the same team” field. This can only be done at the time of initial registration and may NOT be added later.
Child Placement Guidelines
All divisions are divided into two groups (boys and girls). Team sizes may vary when teams are formed depending on late drops and availability of coaches. If your child has an early birthday (typically after July 31) and you would like them playing at their grade level, please make sure to select "Play Up" when registering them. Be sure to note that we use their expected grade level in the fall so use their fall grade level when registering.

Registration Fees
Our registration fees for the Fall 2008 Season are:

Online Registration

At the end of registration, you will be automatically directed to our online payment page. If you prefer to pay via check, the details are listed below.

Payment
Please make sure your child is registered before making a payment.
Registration of your child is not final until payment is received. Payment can be made either online through PayPal or by check. Please consider an optional donation on top of your payment to assist us with supporting our local soccer community.
Paying Online Using PayPal
You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay online. However, if you already have a PayPal account, it
may ask you to log-in. Payments through PayPal may be made via your credit card or echeck.

Paying by Check
To pay by check, calculate your total fees from the fee table above and mail your check with the name(s) of your children in the memo field to:

As long as you have completed your online registration, no other information need be sent.
Once Registration is Complete
Upon completing registration, we strongly recommend that you go into Web Youth Soccer and double check the division that you have signed your child(ren) up for. If it is not the division that you had intended, please contact the Registrar immediately so that it can be corrected prior to team formation.
Registration is not complete until payment has been received and verified. Please check back in Web Youth Soccer periodically until the Status of your Child changes from Pre-Registered to Registered - only then is your child eligible to be placed on a team. Even if you payed via PayPal, it will likely be a few days to a week before the payment is verified, so please be patient.
You will not hear back on team placement until the second or third week of August.
